Are the vehicles delivered with a full tank of fuel?

Vehicles are not delivered with a full tank, which allows you to fill the vehicle with as much fuel as you need. When renting a vehicle, the amount of fuel is checked and the client is obliged to return that amount.

Can I travel abroad with the vehicle?

Yes, it can, but it is necessary to state in advance where you want to travel, due to special authorizations for the vehicle.

Do the vehicles have comprehensive insurance?

No, the vehicles are insured exclusively by insurance under the policy.

Can the vehicle be driven by more than one person?

Yes, it can, it’s just necessary to emphasize who will additionally drive the vehicle.

Is there a refund if the vehicle is returned early?

No, unfortunately we do not issue refunds if you decide to return the vehicle earlier than scheduled.

Can I pick up and return the vehicle to multiple addresses?

You can pick up and return the vehicle at three locations in Belgrade: at Vojvode Toza 13, Milutin Stanojevića 7, as well as at Nikola Tesla Airport with prior appointment.

Is there a refund if a larger amount of fuel is returned than was at the time of collection?

There are no refunds, it is necessary to estimate at the beginning of the rental how much is suitable for your needs and fill in the fuel accordingly.

What is the tolerance for vehicle return delays?

The tolerance of delay in the off-season is 1-2 hours, and during the season a maximum of 1 hour longer than the time specified in the contract.

Is it possible to pick up a vehicle at Nikola Tesla Airport?

Yes, it is possible. When making a reservation, you need to tell our employees that you want to pick up/return the vehicle at the airport. You also need to send the flight number, so that our employees can monitor the movement and avoid additional waiting if the plane arrives early or is late.

Is there a charge for the airport pick-up service?

If you rent our vehicle for 10 days or longer, arrival at the airport is free. In the event that the number of days is still less, a minimum sum is paid to cover the costs of arrival from the city, which our employees would inform you about at the time of booking.

Is it possible to pick up the car anywhere in the city?

Unfortunately, it is not possible. Cars can only be picked up at the addresses listed in the previous question.

Is it possible to rent any vehicle without a deposit?

Most of the vehicles from our offer can be rented without a prior deposit, however there are also vehicles for which a deposit is required.

Is there an age limit rule?

Yes, there is. Unfortunately, we cannot rent vehicles to people who are not at least 25 years old.

Is it possible to rent a vehicle with a test driver's license?

Unfortunately, it is not possible.

Is it possible to pay for a vehicle cleaning service if the clients cannot make it themselves and return the car to its original condition as when it was picked up?

Yes, there is a possibility to pay for this service.
