1. Eligibility

• Minimum driver age: 21 years

• Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years

• Passport or ID required for identification

2. Reservation & Payment

• Reservation is confirmed upon agreement and booking submission

• Payment is made at vehicle pick-up unless otherwise agreed

• Accepted payment methods: cash, debit card, credit card

3. Vehicle Pick-Up & Return

• Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up

• Late returns may result in additional daily charges

• Locations and times must be pre-arranged

4. Vehicle Usage

• Use of the vehicle outside Serbia requires prior approval

• Off-road driving is prohibited

• Smoking inside the vehicle is forbidden and may incur cleaning fees

5. Mileage

• Unlimited mileage unless specified otherwise

6. Additional Drivers

• Additional drivers must provide valid documentation and be approved

7. Fines & Violations

• Traffic violations and fines during rental period are the renter’s responsibility

9. Termination

• The company reserves the right to terminate rental if terms are violated
